PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES (Australia)
- Standard shipping: $10 AUD (3-7 business days)
- Express shipping: $15 AUD (1-3 business days)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to Australia only. International shipping coming soon.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-ordered items ship separately once stock arrives. Estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email hello@culturedstreetwear.com within 7 days. We'll work with the courier to resolve it.
